GTZ: initiated the creation of a permanent Ecotourism management structure, named Mount Cameroon Ecotourism Organisation, in 1999. WWF: is our competent partner in the sense of guides training. www.wwf.org
UNWTO: In 2006 Mount CEO trained 13 NGOs of the South West and North West Province of Cameroon in Birdwatching Guide skills. The World Tourism Organisation was the main partner in this project.
Local councils, esp. the Buea Rural Council accommodates the Mount CEO office and provides some staff. www.buearuralcoun.org
Limbe Urban Council: We are working closely together with our neighbour council, especially with the Fako Tourism Board.
SNV: SNV contributed to our Birdwatching Guides Training in 2006 by providing a lecturer. The Mount Cameron Tourism Network is client of SNV. www.snvworld.org
CBCS: Cameroon Biodiversity and Conservation Society, the affiliate of Birdlife International in Cameroon, assisted in our Birdwatching Guides Training with competent field guides.
Royal Society of Bird Protection (RSBP): They supported the Birdwatching Guides Training in 2006 with funds for books.
Limbe Botanic Garden: a strong cooperation with Limbe Botanic Garden has existed since 1998.We share and cooperate in areas like conservation of biodiversity of the Mount Cameroon Region. Besides it is also a hot spot for nature loving tourists. www.mcbcclimbe.org
Korup National Park: we regularly exchange field experience and have organised common Guides trainings.
Ministry of Forestry and Wildlife (MINFOF): We collaborated in a bushfire campaign.
People Earthwide: a NGO with base in Buea, coordinated the Guides training of 2003.
Ebodje Ecotourism Committee: we regularly exchange field experience and organised a common Guides training.
University of Buea: accommodated the guides training of 2003 and also provided lecturers.
